The rails both have some glass blemishes with weaving is visible that is watertight. The left rail has some light scratches towards the tail that are watertight. The tail has a small under-glass shatter that is watertight. This board has a thruster set of glass-on fins. The board supposedly was Billy Kemper's. With increased rocker for steep drops and extra vee off the tail to allow the board to still roll over on rail, the W-4 can handle power and speed while still letting you turn in the pocket.
